Akomic Design Studio
We built this because
we needed it.
WOW Campaigns has spent years bringing enquiries to venues in India and the United Kingdom. Somewhere in the middle of that we noticed something uncomfortable: we were very good at making a family ring a banquet hall, and the hall was often not ready for the call.
The enquiry went into a register. The register lived on a desk. On a busy Saturday two people wrote in it, and by December nobody could say what had been promised, by whom, for how much.
We were filling a bucket with a hole in it. WOW Systems is the patch.
One studio, four ventures
Akomic Design Studio
Everything on this ring was made by the same small team, in the same room, to the same standard. That is why WOW Campaigns can hand a lead to WOW Systems without a form in between, and why a client who buys two of them never feels he bought from two companies.
Defined by Karams — the work is the argument. We would rather show you a venue that stopped double-booking in March than send you a brochure about it.
Not marketing
Four rules we will not break
Each of these is enforced by the software rather than promised in a meeting, which is the only kind of promise worth making.
Our staff never see your book
When our team looks for a venue for a family, they see two things: that a space exists, and that a date is taken. Not your guests, not their numbers, not your prices, not your revenue. That restriction is written into the database functions themselves — there is no setting here that could turn it off.
A date sold cannot be sold twice
Not a warning, not a colour, not a nightly check. The database physically refuses to hold two confirmed bookings for the same space, date and sitting — including a full-day booking laid over a sitting that is already gone.
The rate you sign at is the rate you renew at
If our list price rises later, that is for new venues. A client who backed us early does not get punished for it in year two, which is the opposite of how most software pricing works.
Your data comes back on request
Ask, at any time, and we send every booking, guest and payment as spreadsheets you can open anywhere. No exit fee, nothing held back, no thirty-day cooling-off designed to make you forget.
Two markets
India and the United Kingdom
One product, two price lists, and a partner who will come and sit with you in person in the UK. The same code runs both, so a fix for a hall in Ludhiana is live for a hotel in Leicester the same afternoon.
Your data lives on managed servers in London, encrypted and backed up daily. We chose that deliberately: it keeps UK clients' data inside the UK, and Indian law raises no objection to storage in Europe.

What else we run
WOW Systems is one of four
You can take any one of them on its own. Together they close a loop.
Finding them
WOW Campaigns
The engine that goes out and finds the enquiries.
What they share
WOW Invites
Ninety-second invitation films that families actually forward.
Running it
WOW Systems
One shared calendar, and a date that is sold cannot be sold twice.
Filling the gaps
WOW Offers
A by-invitation offers app that turns an empty Tuesday into a booking.

Talk to a person
Not a form that goes nowhere
Tell us about your venue and we will show you the whole thing on a call, with your own floors in it. If it is not right for you yet, we will say so — we would rather have you in March than lose you in September.
