Four parts, one machine

Most of them you
already need.

WOW Systems is the booking brain. It is one of four things we run, and the other three exist because a calendar on its own does not fill itself.

You can take any one of them alone and it will earn its keep. Taken together they close a loop: something goes out, somebody asks, the date is held properly, and whatever is still empty at the end of the month gets one more chance.

Akomic Design Studio

Defined by Karams

Four ventures, one studio in the middle of them. Hover any mark to name it, or read all four below.

Finding them

WOW Campaigns

The engine that goes out and finds the enquiries.

Campaigns, landing pages and a lead pool that compounds quarter after quarter. Run for a client across a full cycle, with the numbers reported back every month rather than described in a meeting.

For your venue — If your problem is that not enough people are asking, this is the one that fixes it.

What they share

WOW Invites

Ninety-second invitation films that families actually forward.

A wedding invitation people watch twice and send to forty relatives. Written, storyboarded and produced per client — and your venue is in every frame of it.

For your venue — Your hall reaches every guest on the list, weeks before any of them walk in.

WOW Systems

One shared calendar, and a date that is sold cannot be sold twice.

The booking brain. Every space, every sitting, every executive and every payment — on one calendar the whole team writes into, and on your phone wherever you are.

For your venue — This is the one you are reading about. It is where the other three land.

Filling the gaps

WOW Offers

A by-invitation offers app that turns an empty Tuesday into a booking.

Curated offers from a city's best houses, shown to members who are already looking to spend. Nothing is discounted publicly and nothing cheapens the brand.

For your venue — The dates nobody was ever going to book at full price still earn something.

The loop

How one feeds the next

None of this is automatic magic. It is four ordinary handovers, each one of which used to be a phone call somebody forgot to make.

CampaignsSystems

A campaign produces an enquiry. It lands on your calendar with the name, the number and the price we quoted.

InvitesSystems

An invitation film goes out to four hundred guests. Your venue is in it, and the bookings it causes arrive here.

SystemsOffers

Your calendar knows which dates are still empty. Only those become an offer, and only if you say so.

OffersSystems

Somebody claims the offer. It becomes a confirmed booking on the same calendar, in the same colour as any other.

Where to start

Start with the one that is bleeding.

If you are losing Saturdays to a double booking, start here. If the phone is not ringing enough in the first place, start with Campaigns. If your problem is empty midweek dates, start with Offers.

We will tell you which one on the call, including when the answer is none of them yet.
